One document a solar or electrical business owner, their accountant or their board can read end to end to understand exactly what LYD Solar Suite is, who delivers it, what it covers, and where its limits are.

The problem, the five channels working as one engine, every feature, the three plan tiers, how delivery runs, and where the product deliberately stops. Built for the decision-maker, the accountant, or the business partner who was not on the call. Read it in the browser.

What this is

LYD Solar Suite is Australian business software for solar installers, electricians and battery installers. It is built and managed by Sharktech Global as the solar edition of the Launch Your Dream AI Series.

It is a business-to-business service. The buyer is the owner or principal of a solar, electrical or battery business. It is not a homeowner product, and this site does not run a homeowner funnel.

The site you are reading is itself an example build running on the platform, which is the shortest available demonstration of what the platform produces.

Who delivers it

Sharktech Global is an Australian technology and growth company. Launch Your Dream is its AI business suite, and LYD Solar Suite is the solar edition, built specifically for solar and battery installers and electricians rather than adapted from a generic small-business template.

Delivery is fully managed. The client works leads and books jobs; Sharktech Global runs the website, the CRM configuration, search and answer engine visibility, review generation, campaign management and reporting.

What The Platform Includes

One system,
not six add-ons

The website feeds the CRM, the CRM drives follow-up and reviews, and the reporting closes the loop back to the marketing spend.

Website

A conversion-focused site structured for both traditional search and AI answer engines, with schema markup and a single clear call to action.

CRM

Centralised inbox, appointment calendar, sales pipelines, missed-call text-back, conversation and voice AI, quote and proposal follow-up, invoicing and payments, and a mobile app.

SEO and AEO

Technical search optimisation plus answer engine optimisation, structured data and location-specific content.

Reputation management

Review requests triggered automatically after job completion, with responses managed rather than left unanswered.

Design software connection

A direct Pylon integration lands accepted proposals in the CRM pipeline, and other solar design software works alongside it so proposal activity drives automated follow-up.

Compliance documentation

Custom fields, forms, workflows and e-signature automation that attach a structured, auditable record to every job, with reminders before an accreditation or licence lapses.

Compliance literacy, and its limits

The team works fluently with the regulatory environment Australian solar and electrical businesses operate in, because that environment shapes the systems the platform has to build.

  • Installer and designer accreditation transferred from the Clean Energy Council to Solar Accreditation Australia in 2024, and only accredited individuals can be involved in a job claiming small-scale technology certificates.
  • Electrical licensing sits on top of accreditation and differs by state and territory, with some jurisdictions running their own frameworks entirely.
  • Product eligibility depends on the approved product list, and installation and connection are governed by AS/NZS 5033, AS/NZS 4777 and, for storage, AS/NZS 5139.
  • Enforcement activity concentrates on documentation rather than workmanship: certificate forms, verifiable installation photographs and compliance checklists.
  • Advertising and sales conduct are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the Solar Retailer Code of Conduct, which is why savings and performance claims on client sites must be substantiated.

Sharktech Global is a marketing and technology business, not a compliance authority, an accreditation body or a law firm. It does not provide legal or compliance advice.

How to engage

The single next step is a free demo, walked through with a real solar pipeline rather than a slide deck. Plans start from $220 + GST a month on Launch, $850 on Elevate and $1,450 on Dominate when billed annually. Pricing is published rather than quoted on request. Multi-site and franchise operators are handled as a custom scoping conversation with the product team rather than an off-the-shelf tier.
